III. Strict Quality Inspection Process

  1. Raw Materials Inspection – Frame steel plates, rolls, spindles, motors, and electrical components inspected; unqualified materials rejected.

  2. Machining Precision Testing – Spindle, forming wheel, and drive shaft finely ground and calibrated for concentricity and parallelism.

  3. No-Load Test Run – Assembled machine runs 2–4 hours to ensure smooth transmission, rotation, and lifting.

  4. Actual Test Run – Real color steel plates used for continuous pressure testing to check tile dimensions, flatness, and cut neatness.

  5. Electrical System Inspection – CNC, counter, cut-off system, and emergency stop confirmed fully operational.

  6. Final Acceptance – Machine inspected for clean appearance, complete accessories, and correct documentation before shipment.


IV. Packaging and Shipping Methods

  • Consumable parts, electrical control box, tools, and manuals: Individually packaged in wooden crates.

  • Rollers and precision parts: Individually wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
